A\nFederal High Court Sitting in Lagos has ordered the final forfeiture of\nN280.5million \u201cwarehoused\u201d in the bank accounts of Invictus Oil and Gas Limited\nand Invictus Investment Limited alleged to have been owned by Obinwanne Okeke\n\u201ca strong leader of a cybercrime syndicate specialized in business email\ncompromise.\u201d

\nJustice\nRilwan Aikawa made the order of final forfeiture on Thursday.

\nThe order\nof the court was as a result of the submissions by the EFCC Legal officer\nRotimi Oyedepo

\nOkeke,\npopularly known as Invictus, is standing trial in the United States of America\nover an alleged $11.5m cyber fraud.
