A former member representing Tudunwada\/Doguwa Federal\nConstituency, Alhassan Ado Doguwa, has revealed how the Speaker of the House of\nRepresentatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, approved three new official vehicles for\nhim despite a court order sacking him from the House.

\nOn November 4, the Court of Appeal sitting in Kaduna nullified Mr. Doguwa\u2019s\nelection and ordered for a fresh poll.
\n
\nMr. Doguwa, who is the Majority Leader of the House, is the third ranking\nmember of the House after Speaker and Deputy Speaker.
\n
\nIn a recent video obtained by DAILY NIGERIAN, Mr. Doguwa told his constituents\nat his residence that the House and the party leadership had resolved not to\nreplace his position until after a re-run election.
\n
\nHe said in consequence of this resolution, the House still recognizes him as\nthe House Leader, such that he retains his official vehicles in addition to new\nofficial vehicles sent to him like any other principal officer a couple of\nweeks ago.

\n\u201cMy detractors are in shock. Those who wished for my setback are angry that I\nam progressing.
\n
\n\u201cThree days ago was exactly 16 days after the court judgement. I returned from\na journey to meet three new vehicles for Majority Leader in my house.
\n
\n\u201cJust like any principal officer, the Speaker of the House of Representatives\nRt. Honorable Femi Gbajabiamila approved that for me. If you checked my house\nat Apo, you will see the old official vehicles and the new ones.

\n\u201cThe national leadership of the party and the House, after an executive\nsession, reached resolution that my position be left vacant until my return\nafter election.

\n\u201cThis is the first in the political history of this country.
