{"id":41601,"date":"2021-03-23T08:20:22","date_gmt":"2021-03-23T08:20:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/watchdogplusmedia.com\/?p=41601"},"modified":"2021-03-23T08:20:22","modified_gmt":"2021-03-23T08:20:22","slug":"apc-constitutes-strategy-committee-ahead-of-2023-election","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/watchdogplusmedia.com\/?p=41601","title":{"rendered":"APC constitutes strategy committee ahead of 2023 election"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i3.wp.com\/www.ripplesnigeria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/apc-logo.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The All Progressives Congress (APC) National Caretaker and Extra-ordinary Convention Planning Committee has set up a 61-member Contact and Strategy Committee for the party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Secretary of the committee, John Akpanudoehede, disclosed this in a statement in Abuja on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said the constitution of the committee was part of efforts by the committee to rebuild and reposition the party ahead of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ripplesnigeria.com\/inec-boss-yakubu-gives-recs-7-days-to-submit-2023-election-inventory\/\">2023 general election<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to him, the committee will be inaugurated by the Chairman of the committee, Mai Mala-Buni, at the party\u2019s national secretariat in Abuja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The committee is headed by the Jigawa State Governor, Mohammed Badaru while Dr. Ikechi Emenike will serve as the secretary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other members of the committee are the Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omo-Agege, Governors Yahaya Bello (Kogi), Babagana Zulum (Borno), Inuwa Yahaya (Gombe), Aminu Masari (Katsina), Simon Lalong (Plateau), Hope Uzodinma (Imo), Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos), David Umahi (Ebonyi) and Abdullahi Ganduje (Kano).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The All Progressives Congress (APC) National Caretaker and Extra-ordinary Convention Planning Committee has set up a 61-member Contact and Strategy Committee for the party.
