The World Health Organisation has released a list of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Africa, and South Africa tops the list as the country with the highest cases of the deadly disease. According to the list published on Monday, May 11, South Africa has 10,015 confirmed cases of coronavirus with 194 deaths. Algeria trails behind South Africa with 5,723 confirmed cases and 502 deaths, while Nigeria takes the third position with 4,399 confirmed cases and 143 deaths. Behind Nigeria is Ghana which has 4,263 confirmed cases of coronavirus and 22 deaths, while Cameroon takes the fifth position with 2,579 confirmed cases and 114 deaths.
