AIG ZONE 11 COMMAND BOWS OUT OF SERVICE.

THE POPULATION IS INCREASING; CRIME IS ON THE RISE BUT POLICERS OFFICERS ARE REDUCING IN NUMBERS: WE NEED HELP!
The Assistant Inspector General of Police, Zone 11 Command Osogbo, AIG Olasupo Babatunde Ajani psc(+) FCIDPM, FCAI. bowed out of the force on the 15th day of June, 2021. He bowed out of service after serving his fatherland meritoriously for 33 years.
We say a big congratulations to him as he is retired today not because of an ill conduct, illness or death but on age grounds.

AIG Olasupo Babatunde Ajani psc(+) FCIDPM, FCAI. joined the force as a Cadet ASP on the 25th day of March 1988.
While reading his valedictory speech during his Pull-out Parade organized in his honour at Osogbo City Stadium, he noted that he joined the Police not because of money, power or fame but for adventure and for the painful privilege of venturing into the hurting places. ‘ He therefore testified that ‘ he came, he saw and he conquered.’

AIG Olasupo Babatunde Ajani psc(+) FCIDPM, FCAI. said as a police officer he has had the privilege of working with extra-ordinary people and this brought out the qualities of courage, compassion for humanity, heroism, bravery, brilliance, determination and that of the precious, old fashioned stuff called duty. He therefore pleaded with the Government and all well meaning Nigerians to please help the police both logistically and otherwise so that they can perform optimally in their constitutional duties. This is because it is certain the population is increasingand the crime rate is rising but officers are reducing in numbers by way of death and retirement, without adequate replacement.
